Perch, a 25 seat small plate cocktail bar is looking to add a hospitality focused bartender to their team. Our vision emphasizes shared plates and craft cocktails in a casual fine dining setting, with bartenders acting as ambassadors to our guests to provide a consummate level of hospitality in all aspects of service. Other requirements include: At Least 4 years of bartending experience working with a full dinner menu. · At least 2 years of relevant craft cocktail bartending experience working in a proper cocktail bar setting. · A positive and professional attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain a high standard of customer service while performing a myriad of tasks. · Must be available Weekends.
