Job requirements, Hours, Hours will vary depending on ability to fill this position, on skill and consistency of the quality of the work done. Start and finish times • Mondays-Sundays 4,5-Done Closing hours • Sundays-Thursdays 11pm • Fridays and Saturdays 1am Out times are depending on when the job is done and not when the closing hours are, we are expected to serve food until 5 minutes after the hour to accommodate the guests. Must have • lift upwards of 50 lbs, bend/stretch. • Work long hours upwards of 10, stand for long periods of time. • Will need to help cover other shifts throughout the week. • Flexible hours and an open schedule. • Weekends and late nights are a must. • All cooks wash dishes. As stated, before weekends and long hours are required with this position, the number of hours are not guaranteed and based off performance. What we offer, • Starting pay 17.50hr, after a 90-day probationary (3 months) period, will be willing to increase wage after 180 (6 months) days. • Free employee meals after 6 hours worked. • Yearly minimum wadge increase match and more based on performance. • Monthly food bonus after the first month of employment • Daily TIPS • Free employee meals after 6 hours worked. • Referral program. • PSL Responsibilities • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen. • Assist in menu planning and cater to special dietary needs as required. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high-quality food service. • Utilize knife skills for food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet restaurant standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas. Qualifications • Food preparation skills • Cooking experience • Food service background • Restaurant or kitchen experience • Culinary knowledge • Knife skills for food preparation. • Ability to handle food safely. • Menu planning experience is a plus. • Catering or serving experience is beneficial.
