The dishwasher’s duties include washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment and preparation or production areas. They will restock items, sweep and scrub floors, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties as needed. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area. This individual should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. They should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.
