You must understand the basic chemistry of food and the techniques of preparation. You should be skilled with a knife and a sauté pan. You should be meticulous with your workstation and obsessively clean.. Prepare and serve food/beverage (sautés, grill, salad & deli items). Handle stock/inventory; cleaning of work area & kitchen in general (dishes, pots/pans, glassware, etc.). Req: Customer service prior line cook experience. Rate: $18-22/hr.
