Ready to join a collaborative, supportive management team? Cambridge Common is looking for a manager who is enthusiastic, hard-working, and passionate about hospitality. This is a full-time position and is available immediately. Cambridge Common is a busy independent restaurant just north of Harvard Square, with a welcoming, energetic vibe, delicious pub food, a full bar, and 30 beers on tap (emphasizing local breweries). The restaurant is also home to Lizard Lounge, “an intimate, eclectic hot spot” (Rolling Stone), featuring live music from the area’s hottest local bands to touring national acts. All Cambridge Common managers work together on every aspect of the restaurant, including hiring, training and inspiring staff members; thinking creatively; driving service; and opening/closing the restaurant.
