Our ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a team player and enjoys interacting with people to create a memorable experience.  ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON Minimum 2 years of barista/coffee experience, latte art a plus Strong hospitality skills and a friendly, approachable attitude A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others Excellent attention to detail, from dialing in espresso to creating a tidy, welcoming space Works well in the morning hours Motivated by professional excellence Evaluating product for expected quality standards Suggesting/Making process or condition changes to achieve expected quality standards Entrepreneurial Spirit Willingness/desire to take on added responsibility Self motivated and capable of taking on and completing tasks given to them.    This is a part-time hourly position at the bakery/café on Main Street, Redwood City, CA.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with opening and closing duties assigned to front-of-house which includes setting up the pastry and bread case, dialing in the espresso, brewing fresh drip and setting up the cafe.
