Baker for part-time job in Hayward (hayward / castro valley)

Small speciality bakery is looking for an enthusiastic Baker to join our team in Hayward. Ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work — including seniors. Position details: 1. Pay: $20-22/hour 2. Schedule: 1-2 days per week 7 am - 3 pm (7–10 am baking, followed by sorting & packing till 3pm) 3. Hours may increase starting in October !!! You’re welcome to schedule a bake day on your own, within certain guidelines. What you’ll do: 1. Baking cookies using simple recipes and equipment with a team of 2 assistants 2. Sort, pack, and prepare cookies for shipping 3. Supervise the workspace organized and clean What we’re looking for: 1. Basic knowledge of baking (no professional experience required — we’ll train you!) 2. Ability to follow simple recipes and instructions 3. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently 4. Great attitude and positive personality 5.
