This position is flexible and based at the restaurant and also remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our event department to create and produce world class weddings, corporate events and celebrations. Full training provided but a working understanding of event production required. Key Responsibilities Include: Working with events team to oversee execution of our private events, managing crew of our catering staff to ensure timely production and strike of our events. Diligently keep contracts, BEOS, and payments for all events managed, on time, and organized. Work closely with the management team to ensure proper staffing and execution of catered and private events held onsite. Must be willing to greet event hosts and assist with events as needed. Oversee day-of event billing. Respond to feedback and resolve issues in a way that ensures repeat guest visits and that every guest leaves happy. Qualifications : Prior experience in a similar position preferred. Strong connections in the Wine Country & Bay Area event market are a plus. Willing to regularly attend networking and offsite events to create relationships and maintain brand awareness. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate customers. Collaborative and results-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture and willingness to be hands-on and be involved in many key projects that impact the business. Proven campaign management experience in hospitality, customer service, restaurants, or retail. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
