Help Wanted! Hiring Busser in Asian Fusion Restaurant (Part-time) (South Miami)

About the Company: The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages three restaurant brands: 107 Taste, Cajun Boil and Kung Fu Chicken. All brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area 107 Taste is an Asian restaurant with five locations offering authentic Asian food. 107 Taste South Miami is seeking a Busser (Part-time) to become an integral part of our team! Responsibilities: * Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately. * Serve as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff. * Communicate orders to chefs, ensuring attention to priorities and special requests (e.g., allergies). * Assist servers with table settings by providing appropriate tableware, utensils, and napkins. * Welcome guests with drinks and small appetizers upon arrival. * Ensure food is served safely and at the correct temperature. * Check in with guests, take additional orders, and refill beverages as needed. * Clear tables by removing used dishes and utensils. * Answer guest questions regarding menu items and ingredients. * Relay customer feedback or requests to the appropriate staff (e.g., when asking for the check).
