We're hiring character and princess performers, party hosts, and artists for parties and events in the Greater Seattle Area! Our cast members make magic at a variety of kids parties and large events as princesses, story book characters, fairies, superheroes, painting teachers, face painters, and more! We make characters come to life and help create memories and special moments and are looking to expand our team! At this time, we are hiring performers for all roles and encourage anyone interested to apply. Ideal candidates will be comfortable speaking in front of medium to large groups of kids and adults. Experience with singing, dancing, acting, or painting is also helpful for this position. Performers are provided with costumes, wigs, and paid training and are compensated for prep time, travel time, and performance time. Pay starts at $23/hour plus tips ($70 per party average) with most shifts ranging from 3-7 hours. Currently hiring two candidates at a restaurant in downtown Grand Rapids. Employees must have availability to work Monday-Friday lunchtime shift 10:30-3pm. We are also hiring for the evening shift, but morning is the current priority. Candidate must be hard working, a quick learner, and able to work well in a fast paced environment. This job is heavily team based, meaning working and communicating with others appropriately is a requirement. Work includes: be able to memorize the full menu, which consists of salads, wraps, rice bowls, and appetizers. You will learn to take orders on our register system, make food orders, and send/bag them up for customer pick-up. Prep work is required, such as folding bread, filling up sauces/dressings, and restocking our food line. Cleaning tasks like sweeping, wiping off tables, and keeping the main food line clean are also some of the main components of this job. This position includes many benefits such as a free meal with every shift, paid breaks, and flexible scheduling.
