RN/LPN Needed for University Graduate Student: $203,662.70/year (multiple positions available) Social work graduate student and wheelchair user new to the city seeking full-time RNs or LPNs for assistance with all activities of daily living. The schedule is Tuesday 8:30pm- Tuesday 8:30pm, biweekly, with one week on, one week off. The nurse lives in during their shift and lives out while not working. Pay is $$7811.72/week, pre-tax. The employment benefits include two weeks of unpaid time off. This position offers university library access and travel opportunities. This is a permanent position. There are many opportunities for downtime in between care routines that can be used for freelance work, studying, or hobbies. The nurse must be readily available for care needs for the duration of their shift; however, 24-hour supervision is not required. Located in a safe neighborhood with a park across the street, close to M60 and M11 bus stops and 1/2/3 + B/F/M subway stops. There is a Dunkin', grocery store, and restaurants within a five-minute walk. The nurse has rooftop and lounge access within the building. I am a graduate student with a very active lifestyle. I'm seeking nurses to contribute to maintaining my busy schedule. The nurse assists with all activities of daily living, including: dressing, bathing, respiratory care, enteral care, housekeeping, driving, meal prep, and pet care. Looking for creative individuals who enjoy evening outings, time in nature, and crafty projects. Established set building/custom fabrication firm seeking full time builder/carpenter/installers with cabinet making experience for set building projects, trade show booths, retail build-outs/activations and events. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and team-oriented individuals. Prior experience with set building or production fabrication is highly desired. Cabinet making skills and expert carpentry skills are mandatory. Drop Works has been a leader in set/scenic fabrication in the Bay Area for over 25 years. We design, source and fabricate scenic architecture for commercial photo shoots and product testing, both on location, in our on-site rental photo studio. We also design and fabricate permanent retail displays and buildouts, retail activations and custom event installations. We operate a large fabrication shop and commercial photo studio, located in Vallejo, CA. Self-transport is required as employees sometimes are assigned to begin work at offsite locations around the Bay Area.
