Plan travel for trade shows, festivals, and conferences, including hotel arrangements, flights, and itinerary preparation with additional business partners. 12. Help proofread posts to photos for the web and social media. Oversee social media content, scheduling, and engagement. 13. Write out and mail thank-you cards and e-cards for all meetings and referrals. 14. Conduct web research on various projects, including updating phone app and websites. 15. Help manage freelancers on Fiverr, Upwork, etc. Find and send files to fulfill assignments. 16. Help post social media updates on various sites, including setting up a Hootsuite or Buffer account for future posts. Computer programs you would be working with are as follows: Canva, Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc. Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite), YouTube, WordPress, and Social Media skills preferred, Business Meta Platform, MOVAI application, basic editing, and CapCut. In all projects, provide daily success reports and weekly project status reports of all projects in an easy-to-read format, preferably using a web tool that you help set up and manage.
