BowHaus is a leader in limited edition printmaking for fine art photographers and collectors. Our archival pigment prints and custom frames—often pieces at 10ft x 6ft—are featured in galleries and private collections worldwide. We are seeking a full-time Print Production & Retouching Specialist to join our team. This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in digital retouching, color management, and fine art print production who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented studio environment. Responsibilities • Perform high quality retouching for fine art reproductions • Prepare and manage digital files for large-format fine art printing • Operate and assist with archival pigment printing workflows • Handle and finish fine art prints with care, precision, and proper technique • Support quality control throughout the production process • Collaborate with the team on special projects and edition printing Requirements • Advanced Photoshop skills, with emphasis on retouching and color accuracy • A minimum of 2 years of experience in printmaking and digital workflows • Detail-oriented with excellent visual judgment and consistency • Ability to handle large-format prints safely and efficiently • Must be able to lift 50–60 lbs and stand for extended periods • Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed)

This is an excellent opportunity for recent art school graduates or anyone eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional fine art environment. No prior experience required—we’ll train the right person. Responsibilities • Assist in printing, framing and woodworking departments • Receive and organize materials and deliveries • Maintain a clean, organized workspace • Support packing and shipping of artwork • General studio support as needed Requirements • Ability to lift 50–60 lbs • Able to stand for the full shift • Age 18+ and fluent in English • Available to work weekdays and/or weekends • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio Hours: 16–38 per week

This handy and inventive person must have an interest in making miniature worlds for surrealistic photographs. The position is to be filled immediately. It is a plus to know some Sketchup or video editing. This internship is perfect for art, set design or architecture students or young artists. Possibility to get school credit. He/she will have a hands-on opportunity to learn about all aspects of photography, camera, studio lighting, post-production, printing, etc... as the studio is very well equipped. We will work with various materials such as concrete, plaster, resin, wood, Plexi, glue and paint, etc... depending on the projects going on.
