Owner is seeking a candidate either with management experience or the ambition to achieve a management level. Once at a management level you will lead a team of artisans, ensure efficient workflow, build and manage key client relationships, and provide and set the tone for exceptional customer service. Successful candidate will either have this type of experience or possess the ambition to achieve this type of leadership role. Experience in all aspects of custom framing is required. Candidates with management experience and custom framing experience will be prioritized in the confidential search process. Location is train/bus friendly.
