At Misha Hawaii, we make modern-day pearl jewelry. JOB TITLE: Will focus primarily on making sure the new products are photographed and uploaded to our website. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite Strong portfolio of product photography (required) Degree in Photography or 2–3 years of professional photography experience Knowledge of both photography and model photography Skilled photo editing, retouching, and modifications Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor Ability to sit, stand, reach, and kneel for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and willingness to stay current on industry trends and suggest improvements to processes Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment RESPONSIBILITIES Capture, edit, and deliver product photography for website, social media, email campaigns, special events, and marketing initiatives Support video production and other creative projects in both shooting and assisting roles Maintain high standards of creativity, punctuality, accuracy, and organization in all visual deliverables Photograph and edit products in a studio setting, with most time spent on product and lifestyle photography Produce consistent white-background, studio, and lifestyle imagery that aligns with Misha Hawaii’s brand standards Manage files, organize digital assets, and maintain marketing collateral libraries Collaborate with the creative team to pitch and execute new product and lifestyle photography concepts Ensure photography guidelines, standards, and best practices are upheld across all projectsBENEFITS: Flexible Schedule Opportunity to grow in a small company Possibility to go Full Time (benefits for full time: insurance, paid Federal Holidays, paid PTO, retirement etc) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of professional photography experience Experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus Experience with Lightroom and Canva Photo editing and photo modification. Established set building/custom fabrication firm seeking full time builder/carpenter/installers with cabinet making experience for set building projects, trade show booths, retail build-outs/activations and events. We are seeking experienced, motivated, and team-oriented individuals. Prior experience with set building or production fabrication is highly desired. Cabinet making skills and expert carpentry skills are mandatory. Drop Works has been a leader in set/scenic fabrication in the Bay Area for over 25 years. We design, source and fabricate scenic architecture for commercial photo shoots and product testing, both on location, in our on-site rental photo studio. We also design and fabricate permanent retail displays and buildouts, retail activations and custom event installations. We operate a large fabrication shop and commercial photo studio, located in Vallejo, CA. Self-transport is required as employees sometimes are assigned to begin work at offsite locations around the Bay Area. Early mornings, possible travel, evenings, weekends, and overtime are all parts of the role. We are hiring for builders for immediate full-time employment (40 hours per week plus overtime as needed). Responsibilities include carpentry based fabrication scenic architecture and permanent retail fixtures, logistics, transport and installation of sets and scenic architectural elements, custom fabrication projects for commercial customers and private events. A significant amount of tasks are completed in small teams, and being able to work well with other people under tight deadlines is a must. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive demeanor and a flexible approach to the work tend to be a great fit for our company. The work environment is fast-paced and requires excellent organizational skills, strong self motivation and the ability to adjust easily to changing expectations based on our client and company needs. Strong mathematical ability also required to ensure accuracy and consistency when reading plans, measuring, fabricating and installing. • We require you to maintain consistent attendance with a strong focus on arriving to work at the assigned location, on-time, daily. Workflow and project efficiency is significantly improved when attendance is maintained. • Professional communication, attire, and overall demeanor with clients and colleagues. • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills. • Team-oriented, curious, and self-starting approaches to all aspects of the role are a must.
