Key Responsibilities: Floral Projects: Assist in the design and preparation of floral arrangements for events, photoshoots, and other client-based projects. Help source flowers, prepare bouquets, and set up arrangements for display. Packaging: Assist with the packing and distribution of products for delivery or shipping. Ensure all products are carefully prepared and meet company standards. Social Media: Help with creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including photography, posts, and stories. You’ll capture behind-the-scenes moments, product photos, and styled shoots to promote our brand. Photography: Assist with taking photos for promotional content, website updates, and social media. Ensure high-quality, visually appealing photos that reflect the aesthetic of the brand. Design: Contribute creative ideas for floral arrangements and visual displays, offering input on new designs and trends that align with our brand identity. General Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, such as managing inventory, organizing supplies, and assisting with day-to-day operations in the studio or workspace. --- Qualifications - Experience or interest in floral design, creative projects, or a similar field. - Very detailed orientated - Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content creation. - Strong photography skills with an understanding of lighting, composition, and editing. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to lift and carry flower arrangements and supplies (up to 25 lbs). Primary responsibilities include preparing and delivering media content. Candidate must have a strong understanding, efficiency, and skillset in Avid Pro Tools, with some experience in operating non-linear video editors. Knowledge of traditional audio formats (2.0, 5.1, 7.1, Dolby Atmos), sample rate conversion, loudness compliance standards, and post-production audio workflows is expected.
