Schedule: -Studio operates Monday through Saturday, with immediate availability for part-time -Two-week training period. -Saturdays from 9:15 am to 3:45 pm are required. Small boutique residential and commercial design firm seeks a project manager. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and a self motivated individual who is collaborative and has a minimum of three years full-time experience working for an interior design firm. Candidates will be expected to help principal manage multiple projects, create proposals, purchase orders, manage vendors and timelines, create schedules and specifications, budget management, help manage installations, track orders, edit and create CAD drawings, manage office, maintain supplies, assist on installations. Additional Skills: Able to work independently, has at least 3 years of experience working for an interior design firm, can problem solve, and is meticulous in both their work and in helping keep the office and systems organized. Software Proficiency: -AutoCAD - Intermediate.
