Wanted- All those who love Tabletop games for a R&D position

The Job - Heavily play test, & fine tune new TCG till its completion. 10-15 hours a week for 3 months straight. Brainstorm, & idea set for near future expansion. Requirements - A Fundamental understanding of games. Picking up on rules, understanding mechanics. Ext. Ext. English, as reading & picking up on a new game on the fly will not be easy. Heart, I want R&D specialists. Players with the ability to be creative about design & mechanic's. Pay- 5,000 a month. Checks weekly for the full duration of the three months. 5% revenue share for the entire R&D team will also be included in the contract. Opportunity to stay on staff full time When creating a game studio, the one bone that is worth chasing for stellar employees is a split of the revenue. Not the company, but the game. Poring sweat, & effort into a game is a breeze with the reality of possibly being able to retire from it. This is a principle we work by. The game is tailored for mobile devices. The future numbers are insane for mobile games, especially in the Asian/Indian markets. This being said it will be accompanied by a physical TCG. The game is made for mobile devices, so have an open mind when first starting out. Only minor runs have been had, I myself don't fully know the depth of my own creation. That's why we need two bodies. Warm preferably. Will be conducting interviews throughout card shops in Manhattan.
