POSITION: AutoCAD Drafter, In-Person (Full-Time or Part-Time)

THE ROLE As our AutoCAD Drafter, you will play a key part in transforming design concepts into precise technical drawings. You’ll work closely with our principal designer to develop floor plans, lighting plans and elevations for high-end residential interiors. This role can be structured as either full-time or part-time. RESPONSIBILITIES Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings, including but not limited to: -Floor plans -Elevations -Sections and Architectural Details • Collaborate with designers to interpret conceptual sketches and specifications • Revise drawings as needed • Organize and maintain CAD file libraries and project documentation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • AutoCAD proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience drafting interior architectural plans • Interior design interest: A passion for residential design, space planning, and material detailing • Technical skills: Ability to create and modify complex floor plans and elevations for large-scale homes • Attention to detail: Meticulous in accuracy, line weights, layering, and annotation • Communication: Clear written and verbal skills; comfortable collaborating within a small team NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED • Exposure to Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite TO APPLY Please reply to the listing with: 1.
