As an Individual Focus Direct Support Professionals (DSP-IF), you will provide specialized supports designed to meet the unique needs of someone with intellectual and developmental disabilities in need of transitional supports. You will assist in the development of support plans, implementing those plans, and working with other team members to ensure their success. Your day will include helping someone achieve their dreams, fostering relationships with a person's family and friends, going out and having fun, meal planning and prep, and personal health and hygiene routines! Certifications and Training: • This position requires a valid driver’s license and to be eligible to drive agency vehicles. • Must pass required DHS background check and Protective Service Investigations. • Complete and maintain all certifications as required by the position, PCL, and other governing agencies such as CPR, OIS (Oregon Intervention System), and Mandatory Abuse Reporting. • New hire orientation and on-site training must be completed within 60 days of hire.
