Currently, we are in search of a part-time site supervisor to support our After Schools Programs. This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone seeking a position related to the field of education, or it is a great second job. The position would be flexible but could look like Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 3:00-6:00, but is dependent on seasonal game schedules. Athletic Site Supervisor Responsibilities/Duties include: · Constant overall safety of athletic teams during their after-school sport games. · Sports-related responsibilities for managing the operations during a game, running the scoreboard, and facilitating game management. · Provide and interact with children consistently with the St. Nicholas School's mission and philosophy. Join the Southern Marin Arsenal Baseball Program as a Baseball Coach, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your passion for baseball and positively impact the lives of young athletes. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and inspiring players at the 13u/14u age level. Responsibilities • Conduct (2) practices per week and develop players' skills and strategies. • Provide performance feedback. • Evaluate players through various methods. • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment • Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates • Have a strong passion for baseball and youth development. Qualifications • Previous coaching experience. • College playing experience preferred. • In-depth knowledge of baseball. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel. • CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Key duties of this position include the following: • Teach basic Mandarin with an emphasis on engineering • Plan and create lectures for in-class discussions, assignments, and practical experiences. • Assess and assign grades to students for classes where course objectives have been met and successfully completed. • Return assignments and examination results with instructive feedback. • Create a supportive learning environment that inspires, encourages, and achieves maximum student success culminating in the holding of conversations in Mandarin including some discussions on technology. • Refer students to tutoring and related student services when appropriate. • Supervise students in off-campus activities when required. • Design Project Based Learning opportunities in alignment with the curriculum.
