We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide educational, sports, and performing art support and guidance to students in various subjects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring, with experience in working with students in elementary school. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the academic growth and physical development of our students. Currently seeking academic, sports, arts, theater, & dance coaches. Requirements are the following: - Must be able to work Monday - Friday - Must be available from 2:00 PM - 5:50 PM - Must be a minimum 18 years of age - Have experience working with kids - Live or easy commute to Bayside, Queens - Setting a fun environment for students - Energetic - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner - Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages - Familiarity with sports coaching or extracurricular activities is a plus Responsibilities: - Provide group instruction to students in various subjects, including theater, early childhood education, and childhood development. - Implement our lesson plans. - Assist with behavior management and provide guidance on appropriate social skills. - Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage and motivate students. - Familiarity with sports coaching or extracurricular activities is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
