After School Teacher | Part-Time | Columbia The Quest Zone Afterschool Program, a leader in afterschool programs, is seeking a part-time After School Teacher for our popular afterschool program in Columbia. No nights, weekends or holidays! We are hiring immediately and would love to meet you! Pay range: $12 per hour Job Responsibilities: Hours vary slightly by location. Monday-Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 or 6:30 p.m. Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing our innovative zone-based program. Organize experiences that promote student interaction. Infuse technology with project-based learning activities to build knowledge and enhance creative expression. Teach skills that transfer into continuous learning outside of the afterschool program. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months in afterschool or childcare programs preferred. ECD 101 or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. About the Role To achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring a part-time Associate, Recruitment, who will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling 150-200 Fellows (students) into the Braven Accelerator course at our Higher Education Partner (HEP) for Spring 2026. You will work closely with central and regional teammates to help you reach your goals. You will contribute to building and maintaining a positive presence of Braven on campus at our HEP. This role is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth regional team and reports directly to the Senior Director of the Dallas-Fort Worth Region.
