Description

We are looking for a patient, creative, and experienced early childhood music teacher to nurture the budding musical interests of our curious and energetic 3-year-old son. He has shown enthusiasm for several instruments, including piano, percussion, violin, guitar, and trumpet. We’re looking for someone who can introduce him to the world of music in a playful, joyful, and age-appropriate way. What We’re Looking For: Experience teaching young children, especially ages 3–5 Background in early childhood music education (Orff, Kodály, Suzuki, or similar approaches a plus) Ability to introduce a variety of instruments in a fun and exploratory way Warm, engaging personality with lots of patience and a sense of humor Comfortable teaching in our home Responsibilities: Conduct fun, interactive music sessions 1–2 times per week Help cultivate a love for music through rhythm games, simple melodies, movement, and instrumental exploration Encourage creative play and musical curiosity rather than structured lessons at this stage Bonus If You: Play multiple instruments Rate: Competitive and negotiable based on experience Commitment: Initially weekly or biweekly, with potential to increase as interest and ability grow If you're passionate about sparking joy through music in little ones and have a knack for connecting with young children, we’d love to hear from you!
