Lead Teacher- Young Toddlers (Whitehall)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development. This role is essential in fostering a love for learning and ensuring the well-being of each child in the classroom. The Classroom Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to promote a positive educational experience. Duties Implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages participation. Provide individualized attention to students, particularly in areas such as literacy education and special education needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development, classroom activities, and any concerns that may arise. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness and manage daily activities to ensure a productive learning atmosphere. Supervise children during playtime and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Skills Strong understanding of child welfare principles and toddler care techniques. Experience working with children in various settings such as private schools or daycare facilities. Proficiency in literacy education strategies to support early childhood development. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.
