Our New Testing Center located in Clinton, Maryland is looking for an experienced Test Administrator. The Test Administrator will assist in the setting up of our Authorized Testing Center. *Full-time Part-time positions available DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Secure and Professional Environment: A test administrator creates and maintains a secure and professional testing environment to ensure test security and integrity. • Test Delivery: They are responsible for the proper and consistent delivery of the test, adhering strictly to all protocols and procedures outlined in the test guidelines. • Monitoring: Administrators monitor test takers during the assessment to prevent cheating, ensure adherence to rules, and maintain a quiet, focused atmosphere. • Security and Confidentiality: They are on the front lines of test security, responsible for safeguarding all test materials and ensuring the confidentiality of test content and student information. • Customer Service: Some roles, particularly in professional testing centers, require providing excellent customer service and a positive testing experience for the examinees.
