My husband runs his own business and is booked out for foreseeable future. He needs an assistant that can run his errands, make phone calls, pick up materials, clean up, etc etc. there’s so much that needs to be done all the time. We need someone who is trustworthy, reliable and someone that doesn’t mind just being an errand person & running around. Pay can be discussed during interview. Would prefer someone who has office/ management type experience, familiar with Microsoft word, need to be able to be mobile, reliable vehicle, attention to detail. Follows through.

Answer assigned phone lines, screen, and direct calls to appropriate staff or department. 2. Greet, welcome, screen and direct all clients, donors, community members, and visitors walking into the agency. 3. Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude at all times.
