Our client, a leading global investment and technology development firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in New York, NY. They are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills. The hours are 9:00am-6:30pm with flexibility to work later as needed and follows a 3/2 hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: * Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience * Schedule interviews, track candidates, and maintain data integrity across recruiting systems * Prepare reference summaries, candidate materials, and documentation for hiring meetings * Provide administrative and project support across recruiting initiatives, including ad hoc tasks * Liaise with multiple stakeholders and business units in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Contribute to process improvements to support efficiency and scalability across the recruiting team Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * 2-5+ years of experience in administrative, recruiting coordination, or client services roles * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client-service mindset * Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting with exacting stakeholders * Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a strong sense of discretion and judgment Compensation/Benefits: * $100K base salary + paid overtime + bonus * Comprehensive health benefits Free meals onsite Onsite gym access, free yoga and spin classes, and corporate gym memberships Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
