As a Front Office Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will manage patient registration and ensure all information is accurately captured in our medical systems. Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, physicians, and other medical professionals is paramount in this position. Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and visitors, addressing their needs either in-person or over the phone. Utilize the Practice Management System (EMR) to ensure accurate patient arrivals and registrations. Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork prior to patient appointments. Handle appointment rescheduling and communicate with patients regarding their visits. Assist in optimizing patient flow by effectively scheduling appointments and addressing patient questions. Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming. Manage patient financial interactions, including collecting co-pays. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with health regulations. Demonstrate outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred. 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail. Proficient in using medical billing or practice management software; experience with EMR systems is a plus. The Paralegal/Claim Analyst plays a vital role in helping clients recover unclaimed property by managing and analyzing claims from start to finish. This position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess, track, and improve claim outcomes.
