Construction company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Russian) Office Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of clerical, secretarial, and general office duties. The candidate will perform a variety of office operations and procedures including reviewing and approving supply requisitions, Internet research functions, work with MS Office programs. Duties also include perform clerical and administrative functions including fielding telephone calls, filing and data entry. May assist with other overflow work (invoicing, field workers reports etc.) REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of Office Administration experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer service, hospitality and/or sales Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs as well as email. Effective organizational and communication skills Detail Oriented and operates with a sense of urgency Ability to work in high stress conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience in a consumer facing role Effective management of multiple workflows and prioritization Upbeat and outgoing personality Ability to work within and foster a dynamic workplace culture RESPONSIBILITIES : Customer service Internal documents and databases Assist with invoice/statement preparation, payments monitoring Interact with clients and vendors in a professional manner Assist with the projects Internet research This is a full time position with great opportunities to grow professionally.
