Responsibilities -Greet visitors with Aloha and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment. -Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed. -Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain accurate records. -Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. -Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering as necessary. -Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. -Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency. -Support administrative functions including document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite. Skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems. -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professionalism. -Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures. -Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. -Typing proficiency for efficient documentation and correspondence.
