About the Role: Property Management firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Support Associate to assist our property management team with essential on-site tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, is organized, and can provide consistent support to ensure our properties are well-maintained and compliant. Schedule: Part-time, 6 hours per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) Location: San Francisco (in-office and on-site at managed properties) Compensation: $35/hour Key Responsibilities *Insurance & Compliance Support: Be present for scheduled insurance inspections and other required property visits. *Unit Access: Open and secure units for vendors, inspectors, and other authorized visitors. *Property Signage: Place, remove, and maintain signs on properties (e.g., notices, leasing signs, directional signage). *Property Condition Reporting: Conduct visual walkthroughs of buildings and grounds, noting any maintenance concerns or unusual conditions and reporting back to the management team. Office Availability: Be present in the office during scheduled hours to coordinate assignments, pick up/drop off keys, and receive direction. Scheduling Coordination: Use Google Calendar to manage appointment times and ensure timely arrival at scheduled inspections or visits. Qualifications Required: *Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle *Availability to work every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM – 12 PM *Proficiency with Google Calendar (checking, confirming, and following scheduled events) *Ability to communicate promptly and clearly with the property management team *Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Preferred: *Prior experience in property management, facilities, or field support *Basic familiarity with San Francisco neighborhoods and street parking *Compensation & Perks *Hourly Rate: $35/hour *Opportunity to gain experience in the property management field
