Deform NW is hiring a Project & Operations Coordinator in Portland. This role keeps projects organized and moving, working closely with project managers, field staff, and accounting. • Responsibilities: o Keep project folders, lists, and contact sheets current o Process contracts, change orders, permits, invoices, and timecards o Track submittals, RFIs, pay applications, lien releases, and closeout items o Ensure subcontractor compliance (insurance, licenses, COIs) o Support communication across the team and spot process improvements • Qualifications: o 1–2 years construction or property management admin experience preferred o Strong Microsoft Excel skills o Detail focused, organized, and reliable o Comfortable owning deadlines and follow through • Pay & schedule: o $25–30/hr DOE o Full time, Monday to Friday o Paid holidays and PTO after eligibility period How to apply: Reply via the Craigslist email relay with your resume and a short note on relevant experience (contracts, Excel, construction admin).
