Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently with attention to detail. Experience in sales or client services is a plus. Strong analytical skills to assess situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable.
