I’m looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to help me manage my personal and financial life. The main focus of this role will be finance-related tasks, but it’s not limited to that — I’ll also need help with scheduling, errands, tech, and lifestyle support. ⸻ What you’ll do 💰 Finance & Admin Support (Primary Focus) • Manage bills, budgets, and expenses • Review credit card statements for errors or unusual charges • Work with my CPA and keep financial records organized • Research the best deals (insurance, subscriptions, travel, etc.) • Track memberships, warranties, and subscriptions 📅 Scheduling & Organization • Manage calendars and appointments • Help plan travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) • Keep me on track with deadlines and reminders 🛒 Errands & Personal Tasks • Run occasional errands (must have a car) • Handle returns, packages, and pickups • Coordinate home services (cleaners, contractors, etc.) 💻 Tech & Communication • Draft/send emails, help with Zoom/Google Meet • Organize files and digital documents • Assist with light social media tasks 🎁 Lifestyle Support • Research and order gifts • Make reservations (restaurants, entertainment, events) • Help plan family events, birthdays, or trips ⸻ What I’m looking for • Strong experience with Mac computers (must) • Experience as a Personal Assistant • Background in personal finance management (must) • Proficient with spreadsheets and financial software • Tech savvy and comfortable with digital tools • Available for part-time work • Available to work on weekends and holidays • Must own a car for errands • English/Spanish bilingual is very welcome ⸻ Perks • Flexible hours • Variety of tasks (finance + lifestyle = no boring days) • Competitive pay, based on experience
