Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess a professional attitude. Additionally, the Office Assistant should have strong customer service skills and be able to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and help them with inquiries. Answer and direct incoming calls. Maintain office filing systems. Call customers upon order completion. Required to hold a valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies and procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program.
