About Us We are a busy and fast-paced children’s entertainment and event services company based in New York, coordinating birthday parties, school events, block parties, and corporate family days. With growing demand, we’re seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator & Event Coordinator to assist in managing our day-to-day operations. This is an in-person role for a dedicated, long-term team member who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients (walk-ins, phone, and email) with professionalism and warmth Answer inquiries, provide event package details, and assist with bookings Manage entertainer schedules, event logistics, and client coordination Provide administrative support to management Ensure events run smoothly by supporting staff and clients Requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required) Prior office/admin or event coordination experience (required) Excellent multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong computer and scheduling skills Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred (Not Required) Job Details Full-time position: 40 hours/week Pay: $18 – $21/hour, based on experience Location: Queens, New York City (in-person role) How to Apply Please reply with your resume and a short note about your experience with administration and events.
