Responsibilities • As an associate, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele • The associate plays a key role in maintaining the store's reputation and image as the first point of contact • Ensure all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate positive visits; • Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom • Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries and follow up with the customers • Handle settlement and title works • Dropping and picking of vehicles if needed • Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties, as needed • Must be able to work on Saturdays • Training will be provided Qualifications • Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications • Professional communication skills • Be able to adjust and focus • Oral Communication-the individual clearly identifies and professionally expresses issues in positive or negative situations • Planning/Organizing--the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently Pay: $17 to $20 per hour
