Chalk Talk Football, LLC is seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed, startup-savvy Executive Operations Manager & Assistant to CEO (“EOM”) to become the right hand to our CEO. If you know the character “Radar O’Reilly” from M.A.S.H., you get the vibe: anticipate needs before they're voiced, keep the CEO on task and in motion, and become the quiet engine behind everything that works. We’re a high-growth SaaS startup with backing from elite NFL and college football coaches. Our cloud-based platform is transforming how football teams design, diagram, and teach their playbooks. With our full launch approaching, we need a top-tier EOM to bring calm, order, and execution to a very creative, fast-moving CEO — and to a company poised to scale. This role is remote but having a Metro Boston base is preferred. The position is part-time to start, with the potential to scale alongside the company. You’ll be a force multiplier across operations, communications, and strategic initiatives.

$24-27/hour
