We’re looking for someone to manage the scheduling of all-day meetings and handle the calendars for a busy professional located in Kauai. This person you’ll support has between 75-110 all-day meetings per year, so staying on top of a demanding schedule is crucial. The role is intended for someone on Kauai, with flexible working hours, though you’ll occasionally need to be mindful of coordinating across two different time zones. We expect the role to be 15-20 hours per week to start, and you’ll enjoy the benefit of unlimited time off. In this role, you’ll be in regular contact with CEOs and other high-level executives, so professionalism, attention to spelling and grammar, and prompt responses are essential. We operate on a structured meeting schedule and agenda that allows plenty of opportunities to ask for help when needed, ensuring you have the support you need to succeed. The person you’ll be supporting is an EOS Implementer, so you’ll be expected to learn and operate within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you!
