The Service Division’s business hours are Mondays 6:30am to 3:00pm and Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Flexibility is needed to account for employees working an alternative schedule, but the priority should be placed on aligning one’s schedule with the primary business hours.
