We are looking for someone to help in the office at least two days a week; more if needed. Duties are answering the phone, checking partners in and out, keeping the office and ranch house tidy, and any other duties as needed. Successful applicants will have access to our 23,000 acre ranch, 8 stocked lakes, and miles of ATV trails. This position could turn into more hours/responsibilities. If you work over 20 hours in one week, we do give a bonus tank of gas. During the winter, you would be able to stay in a cabin overnight if you prefer.

Front desk/receptionist: Duties: Greet patients; make appointments; collect fees; post fees, verify insurance; call insurance companies and post collections; etc. Offices is in Bel Air. We have openings for full time or part time, daytime hours. Experience working in admin medical office position helpful, medical billing experience very helpful. This is a mental health consulting services office. Send email with qualifications, experience and hours and days available. A face-to-face interview will be required.

We will train you! Hours 10 am-3 pm Mon-Fri and possibly Saturday 10 am-2 pm Bilingual in English and Spanish. This includes reading, writing, and good grammar in both languages. ● Strong telephone skills and ability to work with clients and insurance companies. ● Experience in Microsoft products is necessary ● Prior Administrative Assistant/Receptionist experience is a must ● Must be able to present a solid, professional attitude towards clients, vendors, and insurance companies. ● Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate response. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
