I’m looking for a part-time Personal & Administrative Assistant to support both my professional services business and the daily flow of my household. What you’ll do: • Manage scheduling and calendars (professional + personal) • Run errands and coordinate appointments (groceries, returns, dry cleaning, etc.) • Communicate with vendors, service providers, and household support • Help with emails, travel bookings, and document prep • Provide light household support (pet care, prescriptions, logistics) • Occasionally post/monitor social media • Support family and household projects • Bring warmth, discretion, and integrity to everyday tasks What you bring: • 3+ years of admin/personal assistant experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Tech confidence (especially with Apple/MAC systems: iCloud, iPhone/iPad sync, Calendar, Notes, etc.) • A calm, steady presence and appreciation for thoughtful, respectful work • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license • Flexible, compassionate, detail-oriented nature • Comfort with light physical errands (local driving, returns, shopping) Schedule: 15–20 hours per week Morning hours, Monday–Friday Occasional evening/weekend support with notice If this sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you!
