With multiple facilities under our leadership, we are looking for a driven and motivated professional to join our team as the right hand to our CEO. Position Overview: We are seeking an energized and highly organized Personal Assistant to directly support our CEO. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also bring a strong marketing flair and customer service-oriented personality to represent the CEO and the organization in a professional, approachable manner. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Serve as a liaison between the CEO, staff, partners, and external stakeholders. Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and brand representation. Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed. Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across multiple facilities. Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they arise. Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A proactive, positive, and resourceful personality. Customer service and marketing experience strongly preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
