We are a Pest Control Company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and supporting the team with clerical and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Part-time or Full-time available. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally. Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Draft, edit, and type correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. Assist in organizing and coordinating office activities and events. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong writing, grammar, and typing skills (will be tested during the hiring process). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Maps). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Experience in a similar administrative or office support role. Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, phone systems). Customer service experience is a plus.
