Boutique Accounting /Business Management Firm in the Entertainment Industry has an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Office Manager. Our clients consist of actors, directors, writers and stuntmen, as well as other professionals in the Entertainment industry. We are seeking an experienced Admin. / Office Manager who only needs limited training and supervision and can hit the ground running. Position Requirement: ** 3 - 5 years of experience in managing a service provider’s office (preferably involving the Entertainment Industry, or a business management firm ). Must have the ability to handle all aspects of the administration and management of an office including but not limited to, addressing client emails, Office deadline tracking, client billings, processing incoming mails. The duties also include reporting payroll hours to Paychex every other week.. Other preferred qualifications: Must be able to work independently (self-starter) and a good team player. Must have minimum of a High School Degree but a college Degree is preferred. Must have strong organizational and time management skills. MS Excel, MS word, Liscio, Monday.com, and working knowledge of QuickBooks is required. Oral and written communication skills.
