We have an immediate opening for a part-time administrative assistant position in a small machining company. We are looking for a motivated, organized person that would enjoy the opportunity to perform a variety of office tasks, such as managing email and phone communication with customers, ordering supplies/parts, and preparing packaging and customer invoicing for product deliveries. Quickbooks experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide on-the-job training to teach you how to use Quickbooks to do bookkeeping, process payroll, and make bill payments.
