A successful candidate will be able to build rapport with our current and prospective clients and our Franchisee network over the phone and email, by utilizing an organized, systematic outreach and follow-up approach. We are seeking highly motivated candidates to work in the Portland office. The compensation package includes an hourly rate Plus an opportunity to earn great commissions! Paid holidays and PTO after 6 months. Hours are: 9 am- 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday ; this is an in person, in office position. The Administrative & Marketing Assistant will primarily be responsible for: • Sales and marketing support; lead projects with digital marketing agency (SEO, paid search, local marketing campaigns) • Answer and direct incoming phone calls • Maintains all prospective client and franchisee records, data entry and CRM systems • Schedule Franchise presentation appointments • Conduct customer satisfaction calls and surveys • Run reports, process paperwork and ensure data is entered consistently across all systems • Maintaining client and franchise files, manage electronic storage and database • Support Regional Director with bid proposals for prospective clients and follow-up • Franchisee support • Client lead generation through email marketing tools • Manage vendors, orders and maintain supplies Ideal candidate must be: • Must be Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English • Customer focused with an outgoing personality • Highly motivated • Professional • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & Power Point • Able to Multi-Task, be organized and detail oriented • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. • Commercial cleaning experience a plus
