We’re looking for a personal assistant to join our household, offering dedicated administrative and personal support in exchange for a beautiful place to live. This live-in position is ideal for someone looking to reduce living expenses while providing high-quality support. Your work hours with us can also be scheduled early mornings or evenings to enable you to work another full-time job during the day. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and genuinely wants to work. This position will report directly to my Executive Assistant/Household Manager, who is incredibly efficient, loves training others, and THRIVES on getting things done. If you tend to focus on problems rather than solutions, you will not be a good fit for this role. We’re looking for someone with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset—someone who approaches challenges with a “nothing is impossible” attitude. With that kind of mentality, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish here. The job itself is simple and straightforward. What matters most is your attitude. As a live-in personal/administrative assistant, you will handle a mix of administrative, organizational, and occasional personal tasks, including but not limited to: • Administrative Tasks: Managing emails, phone calls, and calendar scheduling; coordinating appointments and meetings; document filing and organization, social media marketing. • Household Management: Coordinating with vendors or service providers, handling deliveries, helping with pet care (MUST love cats), and managing household schedules. • Personal Support: Running errands, pet care, assisting with meal planning, maintaining inventory of household supplies, and light household tasks. • Project Assistance: Supporting personal or business projects with research, organization, and execution as needed. *IMPORTANT* •. This residence is NOT intended for hosting parties; it is a family-oriented beautiful home with a tranquil atmosphere, seeking an individual with positive energy to contribute to our harmonious environment. •. Applicants must currently be employed either full-time or part-time. This position is offered exclusively in exchange for housing and does not include additional compensation. The living arrangement is located in a beautiful, private, and peaceful setting, ideal for someone seeking a tranquil environment.
