Looking for a Human Resources and Accounts Receivable for a construction and building company. MUST be knowledgeable in the construction industry and/or building supplies. This is a 100% on site opportunity, not a remote or hybrid position. Our client is seeking a personable and comprehensive team player who is an extremely organized, proactive multi-tasker with an attention to detail and excellent communication and time management skills. Full-time position and ready to work with a small team. Must be able to work in a highly analytical, fast paced environment with a hands-on approach. You will report to the Controller. Qualifications 1. At least 2 to4 years of working experience in accounts receivable and HR. 2. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel. 3. Must be able to establish excellent vendor relationships. 4. A college degree in finance or related field a plus. Responsibilities 1. This position reports to the Controller. 2. Works closely with Controller to establish, implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. 3. Experience in Priority Troubleshooting with the ability to communicate properly with all the people involved especially with the Controller 4. Issue timely, accurate and complete financial statements and analysis for their departments 5. Evaluate existing accounting systems and processes and implement changes to create efficiencies. 6. Assist senior management and product team on management and control of their departments 7. A team player that learns the paper flow of the phases and stages of their department.
